Françoise Chan is an Executive Director of Intercontinental Trust Ltd. She holds a "Diplome d'Etudes Approfondies" (D.E.A.) in Banking and Finance and a "Maitrise" in Econometrics from the University of Paris 1 Sorbonne, France. She also holds a "Magistere d'Economie" delivered by the same university in conjunction with L'Ecole Normale Superieure (Ulm) et L'E.H.E.S.S. (L'Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales) of Paris France. Françoise has been in the Global Business Sector since 1994 and acquired extensive experience working in a leading Management Company as well as in the Global Business Division of an International Bank. Françoise is a member of the following bodies:

• International Fiscal Association

Willem Du Preez is an Executive Director of Intercontinental Trust Ltd (ITL). He heads the South African Representative Office which primarily focuses on assisting South African Clients with their requirements for global expansion.

Willem is an experienced consultant assisting companies with their expansion into Africa, providing assistance with the implementation of the company’s strategic objectives. This includes but is not limited to providing input into business strategy and structuring, incorporating and maintaining corporate structures throughout globally, compliance with tax and legal requirements and managing business risk.

He has experience in the core aspects of starting, operating and maintaining business in Africa and helps clients to find sustainable solutions to the challenges that are usually encountered when venturing into a new business territory, particularly in Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Registered Auditor (South Africa) and a member of the Institute of Directors of South Africa (IODSA).

Willem holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in association with the International Institute for Tax and Finance.

Teddy Lo is the Finance Director of Intercontinental Trust Limited. He was previously Manager in the Fund Administration department. He worked for six years in a firm of Chartered Accountants in London, where his areas of responsibilities were auditing, accounting and taxation.

He also worked for Deloitte in Mauritius where he was involved in the listing of a major local bank on the Mauritius Stock Exchange. He spent eleven years in Canada where he gathered valuable experience in the field of accounting and finance in North America.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He also holds a Mauritius Stockbroker Examination Certificate.

Varounen Goinden is a Director of ITL having recently joined the group in April 2023.

Varounen has in the past served as the Head of Business Development for Mauritius, India and Africa and Chief Executive Officer for leading management Companies in Mauritius. He was responsible for overseeing a sizable portfolio of regulated global entities. He also has experience in Fund Administration and has successfully led a portfolio of global hedge and private equity funds.

Varounen is an FCCA and also recently completed his executive MBA from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School. He is also a holder of a BSc Finance with Law from the University of Mauritius.

Kesaven Moothoosamy is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the Mauritius Financial Services industry. His rich expertise spans across fund structuring and administration, investment evaluation and cross border structuring, strategic transaction advisory to business valuation, deal origination, negotiation and execution, equity/debt capital raising, M&A and listing on Securities Exchanges. Kesaven has been a founding executive director of Perigeum Capital Ltd, the first licensed corporate finance advisory firm in Mauritius, and is presently a board member on various SEM-listed companies and investment holding companies in Mauritius. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (FCCA), a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) and member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD). Kesaven has an MBA with focus on Leadership and Innovation from the Ducere Business School, Australia and holds an organizational Leadership certification from Alliance Manchester Business School.
