We assist global business companies (GBC1s) and domestic entities to list on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (SEM) and on the Development & Enterprise Market (DEM).ITL LISTING DIVISION
We have an in-house Listing Division that consists of 15 individuals who are experienced Chartered / Certified accountants, Chartered secretaries and university graduates with extensive legal and accounting background.The team also includes executive directors and senior staffs with longstanding expertise in the global business sector and local capital markets. One of our executive directors has been active in the investment dealer and execution services since the early 1990’s and has been involved in a number of listings over the past 25 years, including CMB International Ltd, Rockcastle Global Real Estate Company Limited, Sanlam Africa Core Real Estate Investments Limited, Atlantic Leaf Properties Limited, Lottotech Ltd, SBM Holdings Ltd, Gamma Civic Ltd and Plastic Industry (Mauritius) Ltd.

Rockcastle Global Real Estate Company Limited FIRST dual listing of a global business company on both the SEM and the JSE Limited in South Africa. Rockcastle is currently the BIGGEST company listed on the SEM in terms of market capitalisation and annualised returns.

Atlantic Leaf Properties Limited FIRST company to have its shares listed and traded in Pounds Sterling on the SEM. The company is also listed on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited in South Africa.

Sanlam Africa Core Real Estate Investments Limited FIRST listing and trading of shares of a global fund on the SEM.
